Chef Scarcelli specializes in Italian cuisine, working with local groups such as Teatro, Plowshare Diner, Redwater, and Allora. His years of experience in fine dining couldn't hold him back from realizing his dream of creating an amazing burger, and that is exactly what you’ll find at Chuck-n-Shoulder!
