Going Nuts came into being the day the Calgary Farmers’ Market opened in July 2004. We, Chris and Brenda, were entrepreneurs at heart and looking for a business that we could devote our time and energy too. We wanted to be part of the exciting new Calgary Farmers’ Market and Going Nuts has been growing and evolving, along with the market ever since. We started with ourselves and our children and are still a family business after 14 years of operation.
Going Nuts creates a variety of delicious roasted and flavored nuts, including sweet, spicy, and savoury almonds, pecans, cashews, and peanuts. We also make a variety of nut butters, granola and granola bars, energy balls, nut mixes and dried fruit. All of our products are handmade, bagged and labeled in our commercial kitchen in Calgary. We love to offer samples of our products for customers to choose their favorites.
Some of our customer favorite and unique products are Salted Caramel Almonds, Coconut Cashew Butter, Crunchy Hemp Granola, and Maple Walnut Granola Bars. Our Salad Crunchy Mix is great to add a delicious crunch to salads!
