Phil and Kari Faba are the owners of the stock and sauce co. and à la carte. Our passion is family, which led us to have 9 children. Over the years we’ve observed the ever-growing gap among family members due to the hectic work, school, and extra-curricular schedules. Our solution was the creation of fresh, vibrant, and healthy meals made ready to consume so that families could save on preparation time and utilize it for bonding. We accomplish this by using ingredients that are sourced from a combination of whole, local and organic producers. We stay away from additives, chemicals, or preservatives in our food; which means our customers have tastier, healthier choices. We enjoy helping you to create experiences for others to enjoy; feasting sumptuously, paired up with sharing the most time-treasured custom of “gathering.” Whether at table, over a glass of wine, with coworkers, or friends, we are dedicated to helping others lessen the stress and enjoy the company.
Stock and Sauce is on the leading edge of handcrafted, wholesome products to bring home to your table! We accomplish this by using ingredients that are sourced from a combination of whole, local and organic. We stay away from GMO’s, additives, chemicals, or preservatives in our food; which means our customers have tastier, healthier choices. Our company strives to create a broad spectrum of dishes, which include an arrangement of dips, pate’s and a line of Vinaigrettes and Salads. We also have an extensive comfort line such as chicken noodle, beef barley, and roasted tomato with fresh basil soups to name a few. Our bold and inventive line boasts of items like, Mulligatawny, Italian Meatball Stew, and Summer Berry soup. Some are the daring Gingered Carrot or Chicken Wild Rice, and the favorite best seller, Thai Chicken is sure to please your palate.
A big thanks goes out to our wonderful customers who voted our Apple Jack Chili at this year’s Chili Cook Off, TOP SPOT. We received such great feedback on the chili we will be introducing it into our lineup this fall. You asked, we responded, so come down to get some.
