Meet the team

Stacey has been with the Market for over a decade, arriving just as we moved to Blackfoot. Her experience in operations management allows her to see problems before they happen while her years of facility management has been instrumental in the development of our second location in Greenwich. She brings a lot of passion for what she does and always has the Market’s best interest in mind. Under her direction for the last 10 years, the Calgary Farmers’ Market sets the standard of what our city expects from a year-round market.

Juanita has had a variety of roles over her years with the market—from floor manager to customer service and now operations coordinator—and she does each one with friendly ease and a level of perfectionism that fits right in at the Market. She keeps our Market running smoothly before the doors even open at 9am. Juanita also heads up our community spaces; the buskers, artists, and special interest groups you see in our aisles. Her professionalism on the floor and behind the scenes makes the Market a better place for everyone

Mikayla joined the team in 2021. She brings over a decade of marketing experience, including many years in radio and advertising agencies. A true foodie who values local, she loves the vibrant people and bright energy of each market day. With a diverse set of skills across digital, traditional, and social medias, she’s excited to use her advertising arsenal to create success for every maker, baker, and grower here.

Jessica spent a few years working as a freelance designer, focusing her attention on social media and graphic design for the hospitality and mental health industries. A lover of food and a long-time fan of the market, Jessica is excited to really start her career here. She’s thrilled to support our vendors and community through design and content.

After spending 20 years in the restaurant industry in a variety of roles, Tracy has come to the Market to be a warm welcome to all our regulars, a tour guide to our new visitors, and the hub for all our vendors. She has two big dogs and loves to cook, bake, and garden – making her a perfect fit for our community. She is also the keeper of the CFM merch, so when you realize you forgot your shopping bag at home, she’s got you covered.
