Calgary Farmers’ Market
Become a Christmas Vendor
The Calgary Christmas Market is accepting applications for the 2023 season! The Markets will be open on regular business days and hours for each location. Table rental prices vary by location and duration, keep reading for details, pricing, and the application.
Please note:
- The sale of food items or alcoholic beverages is not permitted.
- All vendors must provide two million dollars in liability insurance and list the Calgary Farmers’ Market NGC Inc. on the insurance policy for the term.
- Application is subject to approval by the Calgary Farmers’ Market NGC Inc.
- This application does not constitute an offer for space.
Applications will not be considered without the refundable security deposit. Cheques can be made to the Calgary Farmers’ Market and e-transfers can be sent to spetropoulos@calgaryfarmersmarket.ca. All applications and deposits must be in by 5 pm on Friday, September 15th.

South Christmas Market
The rental fee includes one 8-foot table with a tablecloth and 1 folding chair. Neither power nor additional lighting is included. Hours are Thursday to Sunday, from 9 to 5.

The rental fee includes one 8-foot table and 1 folding chair. Neither power nor additional lighting is included. Hours are Wednesday to Saturday, from 9 to 7, and Sunday, from 9 to 5.
