Dan and Hilary have been married for over 12 years and are proud parents to their two sons, Michael and Mason. They cherish spending quality time together as a family and love exploring new destinations on their vacations. Dan brings over 25 years of experience to the service industry, having held various roles and worked with multiple franchises and restaurants. His business degree has provided him with a solid foundation for his career. Hilary has dedicated over 20 years to the service industry and has been a valuable member of the Big Ts team since 2017. In addition to her role as catering manager, she continues to serve customers a few nights a week at the Deer Run location. Hilary is also excited to support Dan in his new venture and will be assisting with operations at the market. Dan and Hilary share a deep passion for the service industry. They enjoy interacting with customers and take pride in serving delicious food that brings joy to people’s lives. Their guiding principle is: “The best things in life are the people we love, the places we’ve been, and the memories we’ve made along the way.
