Santa Photos FAQ

1. Where is Santa this year?
Calgary Farmers’ Market West: Santa is located in the North Tower, just beside the Kids play zone. Calgary Farmers’ Market South: Santa will be on the Main Stage.

2. What are the dates for Santa visits?
November 22, 23, 24: 11am-3pm November 29, 30, December 1: 11am-3pm

3. How long is each visit with Santa?
Each session with Santa is 5 minutes, giving you a chance to capture a memorable holiday moment.

4. What’s included in my visit?
Your session includes a printed photo to take home. You can also opt to receive a digital file for sharing.

5. Can I bring a large group?
For groups of more than 6 guests, please book additional time slots to ensure everyone gets time with Santa.

6. What happens if we’re late for our reservation?
We’ll try our best to accommodate late arrivals, but due to scheduling, this may not always be possible.

7. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, if you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another guest. Refunds are not available, but we’ll make sure your slot is gifted on your behalf to another family of our choosing.

8. When will I receive my digital photo?
If you opt for the digital file, you’ll receive it within 24 hours via email.

9. What should we bring for check-in?
Please bring your confirmation email to show at check-in when you arrive for your scheduled visit with Santa.

10. Do you allow walk-up’s?
As much as we encourage online bookings, we will try our best to accommodate walk-ins during the visit.

11. Can we explore the market before or after our session?
Absolutely! We encourage you to arrive early or stay after to enjoy everything our amazing vendors have to offer.
