Gull Valley Growers 

Gull Valley Growers is a family-owned and operated greenhouse in Gull Lake, Alberta. They have been in operation for 26 years and are proud to have won the prestigious Greenhouse Grower of Alberta Award in 2017. Produce grown in their greenhouse has been available at the Calgary Farmers’ Market year-round since opening in 2004. Within 24hrs of the produce being picked it can be on your dinner plate!

TOMATO MAN 

Tomato Man is a family-owned and operated business supporting local greenhouse growers in Gull Lake, Red Cliff, and Medicine Hat, Alberta. They bring quality produce from their growers to the Calgary Farmers’ Market. Their local produce is always fresh and herbicide and pesticide-free.

FORK IN THE ROWED

Fork in the Rowed is a certified organic small-scale farm located just outside of Lethbridge, Ab. These farmers pride themselves on being growers, not grocers. They are passionate about growing high quality, fresh, and nutritious produce. They prioritize sustainable production using methods and practices that not only support that land and environment, but the people and organisms who inhabit it.

Cherry Pit

Cherry Pit is all about making eating healthy easy and delicious. Their produce business started in 1995 in Canmore with just two tables filled with fresh BC locally grown fruit and Alberta vegetables. Twenty-three years later and they still have the same passion for everything local, fresh, and healthy. Sharla and the team at Cherry Pit now support over 60 farmers across Alberta and BC, bringing their fresh produce right you to at the Market! In 2011, they introduced the Vegetable Butcher who cuts your produce the way you like to make food prep more manageable.

Innisfail Growers

Innisfail Growers is a co-operative consisting of five farm families surrounding Innisfail, Alberta. The five farms include: Beck Farms, the Jungle Farm, Upper Green Farms, Hillside Green Houses, and Edgar Farms. The families who work their land and greenhouses believe in using sustainable growing practices to ensure the lasting legacy of their farms for future generations. They prioritize growing the most flavourful varieties and never use GMO seeds. Many of their products are pesticide-free and they’re all proudly grown, baked, packaged, and preserved in Alberta.
