Michelle spent 3 months in Thailand learning to create the perfect Thai dishes and a year testing and scouring Calgary for the exact fresh ingredients used by Thai chefs. The curries are exactly what you would find in Thailand but without all the heat. They’re made from over a dozen whole ingredients and spices and are gluten, dairy and preservative free. Our Thai Curry Kits provide you with all the ingredients you need to make an authentic Thai Curry at home when you’re ready.
WHAT'S AVAILABLE
We create Thai Curry Kits and Sides from scratch so that you can make a fresh Authentic Thai meal in your Kitchen in 20 minutes. You’ll find our Thai Curries (Red, Green, Panang, Yellow and Massaman) in DIY Kit form, our Cubes (the bulk version of our Kits) and as a Simmer sauce. You’ll also find our Pad Thai Kit, Lettuce Wrap Kit and a couple of our Soup Kits.
Though almost all of our curries are close in popularity, the green and panang are our best sellers and a must try if you’re starting out. We’ve always got a couple samples going at the booth as well if you want to pick your favourite.
