Flavours of Quebec was founded by a Montreal native who was on a constant search for a taste of home in Calgary. His quest led to the creation of this authentic French-Canadian shop. Serving up fresh meals, take home pies, and delicious fudge, you’re sure to feel like you’re in Quebec whenever you stop by this booth!
WHAT'S AVAILABLE
You’ll find maple treats imported from Quebec or Quebecois dishes made locally here in Calgary. If you’re craving something sweet, they have several flavours of fudge and tarts, in addition to sweet and savoury pies. At CFM South, Flavours of Quebec makes authentic Montréal smoked meat sandwiches, poutine, and Lester steamed hot dogs.
