Founded by Chef Andrea Harling, LBR was built on genuine connection to the community. Every sandwich, salad, soup, and feature is thoughtfully crafted using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and made with the same care that has become the hallmark of both restaurants.

The Beef & Cheddar
Our best selling classic. Slow roasted Alberta beef, aged cheddar, crispy onions, garlic aioli, pickled jalapeños on a warm brioche bun.
The Crispy Chicken
The crowd favourite. Crispy chicken cutlet, mozzarella, lemony pesto, garlic aioli, red pepper spread, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers on a warm hoagie.
The Rooster BLT
A classic. Thick cut locally smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickled onions, aged cheddar, on pressed multigrain.
